Terms and Conditions for Bikey Wipes December 2024 Giveaway
Eligibility
Entry is open to all customers who purchase Bikey Wipes products during the promotional period.
Promotional Period
The promotion runs from 12:00 AM on December 1, 2024, to 6:00 PM on December 25, 2024 AEST.
How to Enter
Eligible customers will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for every purchase of a Bikey Wipes product during the promotional period.
No additional steps are required to enter the draw.
Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded:
First Prize: Silca Tool Kit T – Ratchet TI & TorqV2
Second Prize: Silca Ypsilon Travel Tool Kit
Third Prize: Campagnolo Espresso Cups (2 pcs)
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Draw Details
The draw will be conducted on December 25, 2024 between 5-6pm AEST, at the Bikey Wipes office.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email or phone within seven (7) days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within 14 days, a redraw will be conducted, and the prize will be awarded to a new winner.
Publicity
By entering the promotion, winners agree to the use of their name, city of residence, and photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions
Bikey Wipes reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy
Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and contacting winners.
Governing Law
This promotion is governed by the Australian Consumer Laws.
